We believe in the collaborative process. We believe that more can be accomplished when the Owner, Architect and Contractor come together as a team at the beginning of the project rather than at the end. In this fast paced and highly competitive environment where “time is money” anything that can facilitate a greater understanding of the project as it is being developed will greatly reduce the misunderstandings, miscommunications and the overall cost of the finished project. By including all members of the design, construction and operating team from the very beginning, they are able to contribute their expertise and insight that ultimately benefits the project in terms of shorter construction time, potentially fewer delays and change orders, and result in a higher quality end product.
